I discovered missing ridge shingles leaving an open hole into my attic Friday night when installing Christmas lights. I called Shawn as soon as he opened on Saturday and he made time to squeeze me into his schedule since rain is due this upcoming week. He is very courteous, professional and efficient. He repaired the trouble spot on my roof and inspected everything else to make sure my home was solid and protected. The pricing is beyond fair and I feel that I met a new lifelong friend in the process. My family definitely has a new roofer and go to for any questions or needs moving forward. Top shelf customer service and business. We all stress the fact of possible issues due to bad weather “hail damage and other” and want a quick fix and stress less process. Shawn and his crew certainly met our expectations, process and easy transaction to get our roof back in order and better than before. I’ve gone through 4 contractors getting estimates to replace my roof I had a hole in my roof. Plus I have solar panels. Removing the panels is costly by itself. Shawn is the only one who offered to cover the hole. He did not charge me just blessed me and told me I still have life in my shingles. Mr. Shawn, I want to thank you for being honest and for fixing the hole. Yes, he came by with supplies and got on the roof.
