I had the pleasure of working with Joe Radice. My wife and I were trying to decide to replace a concrete tile roof or keep repairing it. This is a very expensive project. Paradigm was one of three companies we met with. His bid to replace was excellent, reasonable, and thorough. Very professional and informative. He gave me great ideas and brought over several roof samples. Keep me informed and answered all questions. Ultimately we decided not to replace, but if we had we would have contracted with them, mainly because of Joe. Highly recommend this company and Joe in particular.

Roof Replacement Experience with Paradigm – Highly Recommended Gregg and Roland visited my home to provide a quotation for a complete roof replacement. I was looking for professionalism and clarity—and that’s exactly what I received from Paradigm. Gregg and Roland went above and beyond in explaining the roof installation process, the various options available in the current shingle market, and the most cost-efficient choices. With all the detailed information they provided, I was able to make an informed decision to move forward with Paradigm for my new roof. They explained that they would use six nails per shingle and take measures to minimize debris during demolition by covering the surrounding areas. During the demolition, a screen window was accidentally damaged, but it was promptly repaired without any hassle. However, some plants in the flower beds were affected by falling debris. While the cleanup was thorough and spotless, the plants are still in recovery. The entire project was completed in the promised two days. A pallet of leftover materials was temporarily stored in my garage and was picked up two weeks later. I also received a warranty certificate covering both materials and installation for five years. Since the installation, the roof has held up well through heavy Texas rains. My only concern is the noticeable amount of granule loss from the shingles, which has made it challenging to keep the outdoor areas clean. This company replaced first my daughter’s roof then mine. Each time, the work completed was excellent as was the clean up. Workers were on time, and the supervisor was attentive and made sure the job was completed to our satisfaction.
