Great experience with Israel from Elevated Roof Solutions. We have a concrete tile roof that needed some repairs. We had difficulty finding a contractor to do the work because it was a smaller job and the tile manufacturer is no longer in business, making sourcing difficult. Most other companies didn’t bother. Israel took the time to find a source and complete the repairs in a timely and professional manner. Appreciated his efforts to complete the work and provide a great photo report of repairs to share with our insurance company. We’ll definitely be looking to them for future work and recommending to others.

Great experience working with Elevated Roof Solutions. We had storm damage on our roof and James did a phenomenal job working with our insurance company to make sure that all went smoothly. The installation was outstanding and the crew were professional and worked non stop from start to finish. When complete, there was no sign of the obvious mess of tearing off & replacing an entire roof. Probably the best contractor experience we’ve ever had at our house. Definitely recommended.

Before I met James Orr, owner of Elevated Roof Solutions, I had a GAF Timberline 35 year roofing system that was installed in 2015. It came with an excellent GAF total roofing system warranty that I never expected to need. All things considered, great warranties are provided by great companies who produce great products engineered to outlive their warranty period. That was the roof I bought in 2015. Early this summer Mr. James Orr of Elevated Roof Solutions knocked on my door offering a free roof inspection … 2024 had delivered 3 hailstorms to my neighborhood. I let him fly a drone over my roof and he confirmed there was negligible hail damage. Great roof. However, he found signs of a manufacturing defect. Long story short, this remarkable guy through patience, persistence and professionalism worked diligently with GAF to replace my roof. I now have a 50 year GAF Timberline roofing system installed with excellence by Elevated Roof Solutions … and covered by my GAF warranty! He was the hero. He got it done. And you got to know, GAF did their part too and proved they absolute support their excellent warranty So, if you are looking for a top notch roofing materials manufacturing company and you want an absolutely honest and trustworthy installation by a company who values excellence as a core value, then you have to go with GAF for the materials and for the installation, there is none better than James Orr’s Elevated Roof Solutions. A couple of months ago, our roof had a serious leak and water was coming into the attic when it rained. We called James and he came out right away to assess the situation. Though we already knew that a new roof was really the best solution, we weren’t in a position to replace it at that time. James came up with a way to repair it and the next day, brought a small crew out to replace the damaged materials and repair the leak completely! The job was completed quickly and they left the place immaculate. Since then, we’ve had no problems at all!. I have known James for a number of years and he has always been a person of tremendous character and integrity! I couldn’t recommend him more highly to do a great job for you at a fair price!!
