For the past two years we had been having issues with the section of our roof that meets the chimney. Depending on the rain, water stains appeared on the ceiling of the room below. We had several roofing contractors attend to the issues and we paid their prices but the issues were never resolved. The water stains would reappear from time to time. Disheartened by previous costs and poor outcomes, we contacted this company. From my call at the beginning to handing over the check at the end, each step was handled in a very professional manner by the management, staff and crew. They were always one step ahead of us and provided clear explanations of what the issues were and the recommended solutions. This company exercises clarity and transparency and I felt safe to sign a contract with them. The work crew came, did the work, cleaned up and left without a trace. The price was reasonable and the job seems to have been done correctly. The company appears to be large, which has the advantage that it is easy to communicate with them.
