October, 2024. Alpha 1 Roofing came by to look at my house the same day I contacted them. They did a wonderful job with the roof and cleaning up. They swept across the yard with a magnet twice to ensure they got all of the nails. I would recommend them to anyone.

The day after the April hailstorm, our neighborhood was inundated with roofers wanting to inspect my roof. I scheduled an inspection with one of them, but they never showed and never followed up. Luckily, I met Eric from Alpha1 the following week, and from the moment we started working together, he was prompt, professional, and friendly. He made himself available via phone, text, email, and in person. This was my first time dealing with hail damage, and Eric walked me through the entire process, including how to deal with my insurance and mortgage companies (claims, inspections, checks, endorsements--everything). He set expectations about when the work would be done, followed up with reminders, and came by multiple times to check the work in progress. The crew who did the work was great; they put tarps down everywhere before tearing off the old roof and cleaned up after they were done. They were really thorough and left no trace behind. I honestly thought replacing my roof was going to be a giant hassle and that I would be fighting everyone involved to get it done. Instead, Eric made it a breeze, and it was completely stress-free. It's not easy to trust someone who knocks on your door trying to sell something, but Eric proved himself to be trustworthy and helpful. I've already recommended Alpha1 to my neighbors and would recommend it especially to first timers who have never dealt with this kind of thing before. You'll be in good hands with them.

They were quick to respond to my request for an estimate. Very professional, gave options and suggestions for the replacement roof. They worked with me and the insurance company. Installation of new roof was quick, but rushed. The project manager was on-site almost the entire time. They started midday and finished early afternoon the following day. Completely satisfied with their work.

Can't recommend Eric & Alpha 1 enough. They were able to come out same day during Hurricane Beryl to tarp my roof that had been severely damaged and then again recently for some repairs that I needed. Excellent prompt service and good work.

Our side fence was totally taken down by a freak wind during a thunderstorm. It had been installed by the builder and was only 6-1/2 years old. They had not concreted it to grade level and all the posts were rotted at grade. We got bids from 3 contractors. All were comparable in price. Alpha 1 offered the best schedule and was able to work us in the following week. Thanks to Whitney for outstanding customer service in arranging things. Thanks to Tommy for estimating and managing the job. The foreman Diego and his crew were fantastic as well. Together this team kept us in the loop, installed our fence and cleaned up the job completing it in 2 days as promised. They accommodated everything I asked. And the real bottom line - our fence looks awesome! We are on a corner lot and everyone who walks by tells us how great our fence looks. I highly recommend the Alpha team!
