Ive done plenty of work with these guys and it all started well. Now each building after another there is problems. Once you get in touch with them about their mistakes, they dont take the responsibility of going to verify the problem. Even after emailing them photos, and also marking out the parts that were fabricated incorrectly from the beginning. They still want you to send them a part list and explanations. All fine and dandy until its 70% of the parts that were fabricated, were done incorrectly. Their customer service say they value their customers, but doen't look like they value our time.

Kassandra witch is the lady that help placing the orders, never returns calls backs and taking forever to submit the orders. No ordering from this company again customers service is bad.

Shipping is taking forever to load my trailer. It's Saturday and I was supposed to load Friday but due to circumstances had to reschedule. I figured ok... great they will load on Saturday. If my load was ready yesterday then Saturday would be awesome. I got here at 8am and dropped my trailer to be loaded. I left for a couple hours like suggested and came back. Upon returning the trailer has been moved and some materials have been loaded but still a long way to go.. idk. Lots of sit time
