I recently had to replace my roof after storm damage, and I’m thrilled with the work done by TrueWorks Roofing. They removed my old roof and installed Malarkey Vista Class 4 shingles, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Although there were a couple of minor issues during the installation, the team caught and resolved them immediately, often before I even noticed. From sales through installation, the TrueWorks team was great to work with. They are patient, knowledgable and passionate about roofing. The quality of materials they sell and the techniques they use to install are best in class. They did a standing seam metal roof on my home in February 2025 where they worked around the snow storm, and they didn't miss a beat. We are elated with the final product, and we are also pleasantly surprised that the metal roof stays very quiet through heavy rain storms. I assume a lot of it has to do with the proper installation of the roofing system. The crew was respectful and kept the property clean, and they did a thorough job with the install. As with any serious construction project, I did have a couple minor/cosmetic concerns -- and the mark of a great company is how they handle it. Jessica, Joel, Laura, Alex, Gabriel and the whole team worked to make everything right. I have and will continue to recommend this team.

TrueWorks Roofing is a well-run company from top to bottom. The salesperson/inspector (Michelle) gave a detailed explanation of their product, process and pricing without being pushy. Everyone I dealt with in the office was professional and made the process go smoothly. The steps of the build were explained ahead of time and the company followed through. Angel and his crew arrived on time, did professional work and did an excellence job on cleanup too. The new roof looks great, and I would use the company again with hesitation. The fact the company comes back every few years to check the roof gives shows an extra commitment to doing the job right and standing behind their work.
