All I get: the cold shoulder and “not our problem, we only warranty the panels.” Trying to fix this mess and getting ZERO support. If you’re thinking about using Westlake, know what you’re really signing up for. Step up, Westlake. It’s time. I cant even get through to some one who can help with a solution. I called the company thinking someone would come out and say it was a poor install but instead you your company has no one, Sales men that are trained to not even be able to talk on the situation.

Worst company for concrete roof in country - don’t buy you will regret. They don’t stand behind your warranty and you have to take them to court. Whole roof is falling apart with white spots all over it.

Terrible company and product. Do not buy from them as they do not stand behind their product. The culture is filled with non - customer service orientated people. Stay away
