I really cannot say enough nice things about this business. Rogelio was extremely responsive with getting me a very reasonable quote. He was ready to start work, and brought a crew. This all started with us wanting to replace the fascia/gutter/soffit on a Harvey house that was poorly remodeled. The previous owner was either taken advantage of or wasn't aware of the craftmanship that went into the remodel since they never moved back into the house. WR&S started with with replacing all of the rotted soffit/siding with hardie and painting all the trim on the house. In the meantime, I got some OUTRAGEOUS quotes for German schmear, and asked Rogelio if he could do a limewash on the house. Prepping for the gutters, they cleared out the drains, replaced cracked pipes, and even rerouted our pool pipe that was leaking into our neighbor's side yard whenever we backwashed the pool. Many little things here and there that were outside of the original job scope popped up, but the crew was ready to step up at less than a moments notice and get that job done too. They took down conduit, replaced old fixtures with new ones, fixed boxes that were installed incorrectly. They'll be back to finish one bay window box/roof once our new windows are installed. So happy with all the jobs they did on our house and will be using them and any of his recommendations for something they are unable to do.

Mr Perez and his team were on time, professional and did exactly as they promised (new insulation). This is our 2nd job with them. Our first job was new siding, paint and gate. See pics attached. We are already bidding our next project (build a storage shed). We would highly recommend them.

Rogelio and his crew did such an amazing job with replacing the side fence and gate. They created a custom gate to fit the space and took the time to level the dirt between the shared properties so that the fence was evenly installed. I'm so happy with the results and appreciate the hard work provided by Rogelio and his team. Highly recomended!

I can't say enough about the work performed as part of replacing the siding on my home as well as painting. Outstanding job all the way around... I'm now working with them on the next project.
