Foremost, I paid under $5,000 for materials quoted locally for between $10,000 and $17,000!!! Overall a great experience! Not only a great price, but also great communication. I felt supported the whole time, like I was a valuable customer... I received my order today in California from Houston, Texas. I order the most popular product so I had to wait a little over 30 days for my order but the website was clear about the wait before I placed my order. I had some difficulty paying for my order through the website and I didn't understand why but Jairo answered my phone call at 9pm Texas time and troubleshot the issue. It was my bank blocking the purchase as part of my fraud protection. After placing the order Jairo called me to let me know what to expect. He also called me a week before my order would ship to remind me of what to expect and help me understand my part in receiving the order. The frieght company called a few days later to schedule delivery. The driver called me the day of to let me know when he was near me. Driver placed the pallets in my garage with power pallet jacket.
