I am providing this rating based solely on the excessive and repetitive automated text messages I continue to receive on a weekly basis while at work. Despite replying “STOP” and attempting to contact the company directly, I have been unable to reach a live representative to resolve the issue. This approach is not an effective way to attract or retain customers—if anything, it has the opposite effect and drives them away.
