Simon and Kaylen Peterson were awesome to work with! Both the friendliest people! Kaylen was very responsive with giving me a call back and keeping me updated. Simon was able to come out and put a bandaid on the issue to prevent further damage and then came out and fixed it at a great price. Very informative and knowledgeable. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting this amazing owner. My boss had some insurance stuff to deal with and Simon came out and let me just say…nicest gentleman ever!!! The job we had for him wasn’t anything fancy, just an inspection which he did no problem. We had asked about another issue on our storage building since we could see the outside from the inside. Simon said no problem, I can fix that and he worked his magic and fixed it. We offered to pay him but he said it was on the house. Not only is he kind, he’s absolutely hilarious and just a hands down good person. If you need a roof or you think you might need a roof or repairs, look no further!!! From the very beginning, they impressed us with their punctuality—arriving exactly when they said they would (6:15am sharp!) and working non-stop through the brutal July heat. Their entire crew was professional, polite, and clearly experienced. You could tell they came prepared—no scrambling for tools, just focused, efficient work. The clean-up was equally impressive. They used metal detectors to sweep the entire yard for nails, blew off the driveway, front, back, and sides, and even had their teenage son pressure wash our driveway when the job was done. That level of care and attention to detail is rare. They also went above and beyond by communicating with our neighbors about possible debris, and followed through by cleaning up any that landed in nearby yards. One of our neighbors even reached out to say how impressed they were with the professionalism and courtesy. This is a true family-run business that takes pride in their work—and it shows. What felt like a massive, stressful job was handled flawlessly in just one day. We had a large hole in our roof, and insurance had become a nightmare, but Peterson Roofing made the process smooth and affordable.
