Screws came loose on the awning and wind destroyed the awning. Do NOT use the nuts that are included with the kit unless you use lock washers. I recommend lock nuts. This information was not included in the instructions and could have saved my awning. Don’t purchase unless the location you are planning on putting it is protected from ANY wind. Cheap metal materials. The awning fabric did not rip which was kind of amazing so I guess that’s something. They did not warranty anything. I will never make another purchase from this company.

Do not do business with this company!!! I had to go to court to get my money back after repeatedly being told he was going to deliver it. Thank God I recorded the phone conversations.
