These guys were great to work with! They communicated well and took action quickly (time was of the essence to avoid mold). After the mitigation work, we also utilized their pack out services. No one ever wants to have to call emergency services, but I’m grateful we were able to count on Paul Davis during a crisis. They were patient, professional, helpful, and reassuring. I am so grateful for all the wonderful professionals that work for Paul Davis - Galleria. We had a significant water event at our home on a Wednesday afternoon. Richard came out that night after hours for the initial evaluation and got the ball rolling. Next morning, Michael’s crew showed up to demo and get fans in place. They partitioned off the area, laid down cloth to walk on, cleaned up, put fans in place, documented each step for insurance, and communicated throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Paul Davis & Michael’s crew to my friends and family.

Paul Davis was quick, efficient and followup thoroughly on each phase of the commitment to me wiht I had a recent leak in my kitchen. Very hands on and great to work with.
