This is an outstanding company to work with. As a contractor it’s hard to find a material provider that will work with you and accommodate to the extent that Casey and Julie with MBR Express do. Any problems are addressed immediately and the material quality is top notch with extremely competitive pricing.

Compelled to write a review on the outstanding service I received from this company! I recently bought supplies from them to build my storage/workshop (first time building a 30X60ft building for myself) The service I have to say, Is second to none! From cost to guidance and knowledge sharing, I would strongly advise anyone looking for materials to make this company your very first port of call. Kacey & Julie lead a great company! would highly recommend. Special shout out for the jewel in their crown, Katy. Who went above and beyond, many times. Personal experience, small enough to care while big enough to support any project. Thank you all so much!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND these amazing people. They were with us every step of the way on building our cover over our patio. From letting us take home tin color samples to choose a shade to bending over backwards to accommodate delivering to us on short notice. Best customer service we’ve ever had. I won’t use anyone else. Never get a follow up from them regarding job. I called 3 times different days but every time the response was same. Manager is in meeting no matter what time you call.

Zero customer service. And zero accountability. I did business here 3 times in the past, I did have an issue with a order not being correct and ever since that date my phone calls were screened and my messages never returned. I waited more than two weeks for an order and ultimately lost the job due to not being able to provide the materials. I am a huge advocate for supporting small businesses, however Casey and Julie didn't did not provide me with any updates on my order or estimated time for completion. I was given several excuses and treated rudely. The worst part about the situation is that my brother works at their facility as their welder. I will be sending all my business to HILCO in the future......As for your response, that is a lie, I called every few days to check on the order. Julie and Jennifer dodged my calles and told me and I quote "we have no estimated completion date " and I was never sent one email. If the people in your office worked half as hard as the guys in the shop, the business might succeed. - c
