Integrity roofing is a top notch contractor. Jeremy was able to explain the process upfront and managed the communications with the insurance company. They came out and marked the roof for the adjuster, then walked with him to make sure every issue was noticed so we would have maximum coverage. The installation scheduling was simple and the team came out and replaced the entire roof in one day. They also cleaned up the yard of all the debris and hauled it away. Take a look at the before and after pictures to see the quality of work they perform. Finally they provided me with a 3 year warranty if any issues come up in the future. Jeremy was great. Had a couple minor leaks around old caulk that needed to be fixed, and they thoroughly went through and corrected additional things around vents and flashing that our builder should have done years ago. They were honest and explained everything with patience and detail, as opposed to other roofing companies that want try to sell you a full replacement without any documentation of actual issues (even some that had gone as far as telling us we needed to tear off a 3-year old roof). If and when we do need a new roof in a few years (or after the next major storm), happy to know these guys will be able to help and will be honest. Thanks guys! Update: We had a May windstorm that caused widespread damage to our roof. Thankfully, we had the detailed December report showing "good condition" prior to the storm to refute anything our insurance wanted to battle us on. And they did an outstanding job documenting every single damaged shingle when the adjuster came out. In the end, we paid $500 for maintenance that resulted in receiving $19,000+ from insurance when we had a bad storm. The insurance process isn't fun, but if you work with these guys and are diligent and patient, it's worth it. When the new roof was installed, the guys upgraded us to Class 3 impact-resistant shingles, a couple solar attic fans, and our new roof looks great!

First of all, I gotta say that Sabrina answered my phone calls with the best customer service every time. She was very pleasant to talk to and got my questions answered very promptly, even if she had to call me back. Travis also had great communication and was very professional. He is the owner and the one who came out to inspect for mold in our future home. He was already on site when I got there and still had to wait some more but was very patient and polite. He never seemed rushed the whole time he was there. He took a look at an area of concern that I thought would be an issue in the future. He inspected the roof and attic for mold and active leaks. A report was available in a very timely manner. I never had to call back for updates or when I was going to receive it, an issue I’ve had with a different company. He gave me advice on how to better take care of the home- insulation, traps for a raccoon taking residence in the attic, etc. My experience from start to finish was very smooth and pleasant. I will definitely consider reaching out to them for our future home needs, without hesitation.

Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Jeremy and Carlos. They offered a free inspection of the roof—which was perfect timing since we had just experienced a bit of hail a few days prior. After going up on the roof, they let me know it was in great condition overall. They also shared photos to point out a few areas where some of the caulking had worn down over time due to weather exposure. They took care of sealing those spots during the visit as a courtesy, which I really appreciated. Both were professional and respectful throughout. I’ll attach the photos for reference. A tree fell on my house and caused major damage. I had to pay for tree removal and tarping out of pocket and later introduced me to Jeremy at Integrity Restoration. From the beginning, Integrity required zero money upfront and took over the entire claim from start to finish. My insurance company originally offered only $1,000 above my deductible. Jeremy and his team fought for me and were able to secure $43k for the claim and an additional $7k interest without any lawyer fees or public adjuster fees. The roof install was completed in one day. The shingles come with a limited lifetime warranty rated for fifty years, and Integrity provides a three-year workmanship warranty. They also come out and inspect the roof every six months for the first three years and annually after that. The claim took longer than we wanted because the insurance company delayed the process as much as possible, but once Integrity stepped in, it was completely in their hands.
