Fort Bend Steel Supply

These guys have better pricing than other places in town. Their service is great, but they are there to service the person who knows what they want. Don't expect to go in there trying to get someone to tell you how to purchase your metal. If you don't know what you want for your project research and find out before you go to buy. And dont go in there trying to get them to cut 4x8 sheets of metal for you. The people who buy from them have their own equipment to do that. So if you don't own a saw or grinder to cut metal, you shouldn't be buying metal from them. They are busy helping others there trying to make a living, so don't expect their people to try and figure it out for you. Thank you, Fort Bend Steel, for your business.

I have been buying steel from Fort Bend Steel for over 8 years now. Quality materials, great prices and outstanding customer service!

Poor management. Obviously not worried about the customer. Business must be good so they treat you how they want to. Property is a disaster. The owner is rude. I prepaid an order 24 hrs in advance and said I'd pick up the following morning. They said ok. Go to pick up and they tell me it'll be a 3 day wait. Owner raised his voice at me. Never apologized or offered to make it right. I'll never be back.

Just left Fort Bend Supply. I will drive across town before giving them any business. The guys in the yard were highly disrespectful. I in turn was disrespectful back. Sergio inside the office did his best to save the sale. Even talked with the guy in the lot. Sergio tried ,but also said it might be good to come back another day! He didn't know what their problem was? I think Sergio wanted to get me out of there being the only White guy there he was looking out for me. customer service in yard was atrocious. parking is a horrible and you have to go there place the order, pay in advance, and get treated horrible! I will go else where. Beware of this place. 2 days after Christmas and these guys who work the yard are already ungrateful. Only 1 star because Sergio at Least tried to intervene.

The guy seating on front desk is the worst person for costumer service On the receipt said 20% restocking fee he wanted to take 30% What a crooked guy
