Entrusted

We’d come back fron July 4th weekend holiday this year to a nightmare. For the three days we were away, our water heater leaked in the attic and virtually impacted 80 to 90% of our home. As you can imagine, we were devastated. Through a referral, we enlisted Entrusted for mitigation, cleanup, and reconstruction. Zach and the entire Entrusted team could not have been a more wonderful experience. They were professional every step of the way, did outstanding work, and worked well with our insurance company. After four months of an ordeal, we were able to move back into our home and couldn’t be happier. It feels like we got a brand new house! See the few before and after photos.

Professional Service. Crews show up within the Timeframe stated. Crews are very professional in their work, dress, and demeanor. They tell us what they will be doing that visit and work quickly to get their task done correctly, keeping us informed of the progress taken. If next step involves other technicians, they make sure to notify them and set up a time before they leave, instead of "doing it when they get to the office". IF you need a Mitigation Service, i cannot Recommend Entrusted and they Employees highly enough.

I am fully satisfied with my experience with Entrusted and their highly qualified staff and job coordinators that explained and walked me thru the different processes of restoring my home to it's original condition after water damage. Each step was handled by the expert in their field pertaining to the restoration process giving me confidence the job was being done correctly and given its due diligence. Each coordinator explained their responsibility in the process and stayed in contact with me until their phase was complete and handed me over to the next coordinator until the job was complete to my satisfaction and in one case when I was satisfied, Carson, wasn't and had some touch up work done that made it closer to the original condition that I wasn't aware of. Carson made sure that the job was done correctly and professionally. I am totally satisfied with Entrusted and it's representatives and employees.

Quality of people was very good. Initial remediation work reasonable, but then they try to take advantage with reconstruction project. I guess since they are already engaged they assume you will allow them to redo damaged areas. They gave me a verbal “guesstimate “ of $2-3k, but when it became a formal proposal it came in at $8300! I obtained 2 valid estimates in the $3k range. Be careful…..
