This company does exactly what it promises, and they even prevent you from wasting your money on items you don't require. Prices are not increased mid-project. They work with real workmanship, in a straight line. The prices are very reasonable. Their prices are surprisingly reasonable. I have never had a stress-free and smooth experience. How long did I have a water leak? After the plumbers switched off everything, I called Flood Damage Restoration. It was surprising that two guys showed up in just an hour. Very knowledgeable and respectful about my property. They took measurements to determine the extent, and that only a small number of fans would be needed for just a couple of days. Then they informed me that they wouldn't charge for my visit and provided advice on the best way to install the fans. Fantastic guys. Excellent professionalism. Can't recommend enough.

Our home insurance company recommended this absolutely amazing organization to us after water damage was significant to the bottom floors in our home. The techs (DJ Trever and I think DJ) that were sent to me were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were even able to work with our family pet. They left our home looking like it wasn't a construction site. And they wore the little blue booties on top of their workboots when walking through. We were very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this organisation to anyone else with similar problems.
