I had some roof damage from Hurricane Beryl and my roof was at the end of its life. I contacted Touchstone Roofing and talked with Janis Ortiz. She came out quickly and provided a quote in a timely manor. Janis kept great communication along every step of the process and was very nice and friendly. She and her crew were able to get my roof replaced within the week and did an outstanding job. She really goes above and beyond for her customers. I would highly recommend Janis and Touchstone Roofing to anyone needing a roof replacement or repair.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Touchstone. Hurricane Beryl created enough damage for a replacement roof, and just as we were going to be selling the house. They worked fast and around all other things going on at the house. Great follow through and patience with insurance company delays. Eric was our point person and a gem to deal with. 12/10 recommend

I'm not big on writing Google Reviews but in this case it's a must. I recently suffered extensive damage to my home, caused by an overnight storm. I contacted a representative of Touchstone named Janis Ortiz....whom I was referred to by a neighbor. I can honestly say that this experience, however exhausting and stressful it may be, was actually made soooo much easier when she arrived. She assured me that we would be in great hands and she would help make our roofing repairs as stress-free as she possibly could. She immediately climbed on her ladder and went to work..inspecting damages and talking us through all the damages. She explained everything in detail and any questions or concerns we had were immediately quelled. Our roof was fixed in no time and she continued to check up on us throughout and even after the work was completed. Thank you Touchstone Roofing for taking out the added stress of one of our most hectic moments by sending Janis to help us. I'd definitely recommend your company to anyone needing repairs..... if I could get 6 starts I would!

I previously had a roofer that did some shoddy work installing a “new” roof. What I received was a scratch and dent roof by the time they were finished. I had Janis Ortiz and her team come by to give me an estimate on repairs because the original roofer refused to come out. Janis gave me an extremely reasonable price, went out of her way to get the correct shingles to repair areas that were done incorrectly and got up there HERSELF with her partner to do the repairs. I am extremely impressed with Janis, Murph, and the Touchstone company.

Janis Ortiz is such a blessing. She is very knowledgeable in the roofing business, helpful, and went above and beyond to help with making sure that everything was done with excellence.
