Another business associated with this one (same address and phone number!!!) refuses to honor their warranty for installation and labor. I been having a hard time getting them to fix the roof that has leaked since installation for a new roof. They share the same address and phone number. Eduar has giving me the run around after I continuously asking for a date to get it fixed for more than 6 months now. I even sent him the video during the last rain.

Last Saturday I had a very bad experience, I ordered roof shingles in a specific color from one of the cashiers, and they gave me the wrong color. When I went back to complain that they hadn't given me the correct color, nobody could give a answer. I wanted to speak to the manager. but she didn't speak English. OMG .... I felt so frustrated how can someone in a manager position not speak English? on top of that. they wanted to charge me for another delivery even though it wasn't my fault. there's no organization, and the customer service is terrible. it all started with the manager. I wanted to talk to her, but she wouldn't come out, then I realized the problem was that she didn't speak English. and that's not professional, it doesn't give the store a good reputation.
