From start to finish, Eric was great to work with on our metal roof cleaning and repair. Fabricated a new custom metal chimney cap to replace a leaking one and re-sealed flashing, seams, exposed screws, and vent pipe “boots” on the entire roof. Followed through on everything he said he would do and even agreed to remove a few hard-to-reach branches which had grown over the peak of our roof. He and his project manager Josh and did a very thorough job finding several minor problems with our roof and fixing them promptly. I felt very confident with their knowledge of how my metal roof was put together, the areas prone to failure, and their troubleshooting methods. Would certainly welcome Eric and Josh back if we need help in the future.

These local Doods do great work, they came out and inspected the roof, and came out and patched it for me after i got a few bids from other local roofers. they were on time and super responsive, 👌 thumbs up to eric and josh, thx for the great work, would highly recommend.. ill definatly be calling them when its time for a new roof.

Eric was very prompt in getting out to look at the job was out the very next day. Very knowledgeable in roofing suggested changes in roofing material to fit our unique home. Communication and knowledge with the HOI company and us was prompt and always answered and returned calls if not right away he returned our calls same day. Upfront with pricing and stuck with prices given, GAF products used so that we could have a manufactured warranty. Finish product was phenomenal and Hands down best costumer service ever experienced, will highly recommend to anyone needing roofing services.

I would recommend Eric to anyone! He came out immediately after the Dreco storm and fixed my roof. Was very nice and explained things to me. Then after the hurricane I called him to come back out and he fixed my roof again that had some shingles blown off and he came to repair those. Super nice and responsive.

Eric was friendly, honest, and competent. He came out quickly to inspect the roof after we had storm damage, explained what he found, and recommended what I needed to fix (and what I didn't need to worry about yet). He then went out of his way to make sure the job completed right away. We will be calling Arcangel again!
