Extremely displeased with the service and value received for an emergency dry-out service. Part of the issue might have been a language barrier with the team leader, but what they charge is way out of line vs. what they do. I sincerely doubt that all the five star reviews on this site are real and legitimate. I fully understand that if you have a sudden flood you need to get help quickly, and that allows some companies to take advantage of the unfortunate homeowners in that situation. Even if you are in an emergency situation, I would sincerely recommend that no one deal with this company.
