First time having a roof replaced was definitely uneasy and not a “fun” thing to do with your money after just buying a house, but the roof changed the whole look of the house. Came out beautiful and the guidance with color choices and type of shingle to pick from as well as the warranty and workmanship guarantees that come with the installation was much appreciated. Absolutely outstanding company and an incredible team! My experience with Upscale was nothing short of amazing! They handled my roof repair from my insurance claim with such ease and professionalism that it was both calming and reassuring. On the day of construction, a dedicated crew of 15 showed up bright and early at 6:30 AM, ready to rock! They swiftly ripped off the old shingles and felt; by 10:00 AM, they had already installed the new synthetic felt. Before I knew it, they finished the job by 12:30 PM and cleaned up by 12:45 PM! Their efficiency and expertise blew me away! They took fantastic care of my property and were just as considerate of my neighbors'.
