Once Jimmy stepped in, everything changed. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward about what to expect. He walked me through every step of the process, explained everything clearly, and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. His crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and got the job done quickly while maintaining great quality. Texas RoofCrafters did an honest and professional job on our new roof. We were very pleased with the services and attention to detail. Everyone did a fantastic job cleaning up debris after the work was completed. Any problems that popped up were quickly resolved.
