With an aging roof of 29 years I sought a replacement proposal from a number of roofers. SSB came in with the lowest bid using the highest quality architectural shingle system available. Being a retired builder of 40 years I grilled all of the bidders to find that Selena of SSB had all of the right answers. A big roof with lots of hips and valleys they completed the job in one day. If you did not look up at the end of the day you would not have known they had been there. Best service and best roofing contractor I have experienced in many years.

Jeremiah was quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns, and I appreciated how transparent he was—he provided proof of insurance, included cleanup in the price, and even waived my liability if a worker were to get injured on the job. His pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes I received, and the work was backed by a 5-year warranty, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. He also mentioned he's willing to assist with homeowners insurance if any issues arise down the line, especially with hurricane season approaching. Selena and her crew were absolutely fantastic! Instead of pushing for a whole new roof, she simply pointed out the issues with my current one.
