Excellent job done by Southwestern Roofing. Harold and Zachary came to my houses to see what I wanted done. The shingles were so bad 57 sheets of decking had to be replaced. From start to finish the whole process went very smooth. Two houses side by side connected by a porte cochere. Installed is a metal standing seam roof. Carlos and his team did beyond a phenomenal job on our home. Our stucco was leaking and needed to be torn out and replaced. He and his team worked with me to make sure the design I wanted was just right. They cleaned up every bit of the mess and even came back a few days later to follow up.
