We used Southern Way after a storm hit last year and we needed a new roof. Even after insurance denied the original claim, we were told not to worry about it, that their knowledge could help navigate the insurance companies lack of commitment. Sure enough, Southern Way helped guide us through the legitimate process to fight our insurance company and ultimately get approval for a new rough. They utilize higher than standard parts and were fast and efficient when the time came to get the rough on. They even helped bundle in a bit of work that needed to be done to internal sheetrock due to leaks from the roof. Would fully recommend giving them at least a call and an opportunity to quote!

We were denied a roof replacement and the repair my Insurance company did wright up was less than my deductible. Southern Way fought the Insurance for a roof replacement and handled all necessary paper work or guided me through what I had to do to help fight. Together, well If it was not for Southern Way I would have been out of luck. They got my roof replaced and handled the other work on my estimate and still only had to pay my deductible. They said they could get my roof replaced and they did what they promised. I will use again and refer to anyone looking. Great Job

live in Cypress and just replaced my home roof with help from Ryan, Southern Way. Ryan Terry was my project manager. he was involved from start to finish. He helped me to deal with the insurance company patiently, which made the entire process easier than I expected. Ryan and his team are real professional ,dedicated , and cared what I wanted during all phases of the project. they also cleaned up everything around the house after the job and double checked before leaving . I recently had Southern Way replace my roof due to hail damage. Josh was involved from start to finish. He was familiar with the insurance process, personable, and very capable at working his crews. His work crews were very professional and cleaned up after the job. My roof looks great and the whole process was without any difficulties. Good job, Josh!
