The team at Simple Growth are Amazing! They are not only just a roofing company, they are a project management team. They helped me file my claim, arrange inspection with the insurance company (while being there personally) and co-ordinated all additional contractors needed to repair my property after storm damage. Started off as a good experience but took a turn once they got their money. I stayed home during the install of the roof and everything was going good until my A/C started blowing out hot air. I went outside and noticed that the workers threw a drape over my A/C unit but did not tell me (If I would have known I would have turned my unit off). They did finish the roof that day but appeared to be rushing, left tons of nails in my yard and to the point I had to go out and pick them up myself so my dog would not injury himself. They also damaged one of my gutters with their ladder and then claimed that the damage was already there. I looked over the insurance paperwork and noticed that downspouts were included in the replacement plan and had to contact the roofing company about the replacements. I was advised the downspouts were ordered and whenever they showed up they would come by and install them. During this time the company reached out to me several times asking for the second check from the insurance company. I had to remind them several times to come out and pick up extra materials they left behind for me to store on their behalf. Eventually they came by and picked up those materials. The company still continued to bother me about the second check from the insurance even though the job technically was not done yet. I ended up given in and providing them with the second check even though the detailed list from the insurance company had not been completed by Simple Growth. Several months have gone by and I have reached out to the company several times trying to get an update on my replacement downspouts and they have ghosted me. Just be careful with this company they appear to be very friendly on the front end but once they get their money they leave you high and dry. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
