SERVPRO of South Houston City

I had a great experience with Servpro of south Houston. I had a water leak damage my floor and cabinets. The tech, Hendrick came in and explained what they were going to do. They also cleaned up behind themselves and that pleased me as well. Thanks Hendrick, and Jose’.

I called Servpro for water mediation. They responded quickly to my call. Abel called to let me know when he would be at my house and was right on time. He was amazing to work with. He was very professional and has great communication skills. He explained everything so that I could understand, answered all my questions and then patiently explained things to my husband when he came in later. He was friendly and definitely made me feel better about the situation that was feeling very overwhelming to me. I’m so glad Abel was sent to take care of our problem.
