Corine is very thorough, professional, prompt, kind, knowledgeable and very personable. She has such a great attitude, and you can tell she cares about her craft. It’s so easy to be taken advantage of in these emergent situations, and she made us feel so at ease. I highly recommend!

Id like to thank Jerry and Amado for showing up to my house at 8:30pm to assess my water damage debacle. They were super nice, helpful and very informative. Jerry made sure I fully understood what to expect not only from Servpro but also from Allstate for the next few days. He offered advice on steps I could take to move the process along even quicker. What great employees you have. So nice and so helpful. I’d also like to mention The lady I initially spoke to about this issue, Alisha. She was equally informative and helpful. Thank you all!

Shout out to Fernando and team who helped us scope out a full house construction ”wood dust” clean-up effort following a disastrous mis-managed hardwood reflooring project by a local Conroe vendor. Will provide additional comments after cleaning but speed of onsite inspection visit (same day), contracting process and scheduling of immediate service was phenomenal! Really feeling confident with Fernando’s team to come behind another contractor’s poor performance.

Corine came in my home in Willis and did an amazing job at what she does. This woman goes above and beyond for her company. I would recommend anyone in need of water damage. CORINE IS THE BEST!!!

My insurance company contacted them for mitigation before it was time. I explained this to them when they called, but I got continued to get calls every single day (from three different numbers) for nearly two weeks “just to check in.” Super annoying. When it was time, I called them and set up the appointment. I got next-day service, which was really impressive. The techs that showed up were friendly, knowledgable and quick. Where they failed was communication. They didn’t tell me what they were doing. They left without telling me what was going on. My house was turned upside down (which is necessary), but… do I leave things running overnight? Are you guys coming back? When? Can I use this or do I need to stay away from that? What’s going on? I literally had to pry any info out of the techs. I do not like that. (A second crew came in when the weekend rolled around, and they actually did communicate with me.) So, they will get the job done. They get full credit for that. But they are way too aggressive in trying to get business, and then way too unconcerned with the customer once the job gets started. Coup de grace: The last tech in my house had a tablet and needed to get my signature. He asked me if I was satisfied with is performance. Yes, I was. So he then began checking all of these boxes on his tablet, clicked, and I got a screen to sign my name. Later, in my email, I saw what I had signed: he basically rated ServPro's performance as excellent in every question (that I never saw), then had me sign my name. Not a fan of that.
