Melvin and Elbi came by after we had a dishwasher line fail, they came out the next day, sealed the kitchen off set up fans and dehumidifier in my kitchen. Worked really fast and efficient!!

Jared, Chris, Alma, Mirna and Elbi deserve 5 stars plus for the stupendous job they did packing out and getting my poor burned house ready for repairs and restoration! I couldn’t be happier with their hard work and dedication to a really tough job! Well done!

Unfortunately, we had a toilet back up and overflow for about 45 mins leaving us quite a mess to clean up late in the evening. My wife called SERVPRO and Gerson came out promptly the next morning and by the afternoon had Chris and Stevie come by to rip out carpet and pad and setup dehumidifiers. They came back the next morning to start the remediation process that covered a bathroom and adjacent bedrooms on 2nd floor and master bath and closet on 1st floor. Two days later they have pretty much everything dried out. Now we start the renovation process which will be by others. Gerson has come by several times to check on things and we made some adjustments based on how things were drying out. Chris and Stevie did a great job with the remediation, cleanup, etc. They were polite and accommodating and made us feel like the job was important to them. I recommend the SERVPRO team.
