Used Service Master for contents cleaning. Kyle, Lionel, and Christopher did a great job. There were some hiccups with collecting contents but happy with the overall results. Our stuff doesn’t have any smoke smells and the important furniture we wanted to save, Lionel and Christopher handled with extreme care. Price seemed very fair for them to pick up and store and clean for us then drop back off at our new residence. We loved that they offer to clean even if they aren’t the people who collected the items and really appreciate that they have a drop off option.

Great work done by a great team! Servicemaster provided water mitigation services for my home’s ceiling following flash flooding. The project manager, Kyle Brock, and his techs, Lionel and Tanner, were incredibly professional and efficient. As a team they were skilled in their work and ensured that they kept us informed of each step. Ashley jones also provided exceptional customer service by advocating for our needs and offering excellent communication. We really appreciated everyone’s hard work and dedication. Helped make an otherwise stressful situation easier.

The worst I have ever encountered. No integrity, no commitment, no follow through at all. Break my things, dirty my house, promise and never do what you said you would do. Do not use. Their word is a bad quality event.this is the after photo and tarp NEVER worked.
