Sargon Roofing & Restoration

As a new home owner, I am skeptical of any type of contractors. Sargon did an amazing job and made me feel comfortable from start to finish! Starting from the first consultation, Wesley shot straight with me. He did not immediately tell me I needed a new roof. He told me that it did need repair (which is true, it’s why we called him) and gave me a price for repair. I asked him to provide me with the cost of a new roof just for comparison purposes which he did. He gave me the cost for two different packages, one with some extras and one without. I didn’t feel pressured at all. Shopping for homeowners insurance made the decision for me. It was 3k a year cheaper if we replaced the roof. We worked with Wesley and chose the impact resistant roof and added a solar fan to the house. We scheduled them, they were prompt, on time, and did an excellent job. Additionally they did a great job with cleanup. Wesley was transparent with us the whole time. They did show me some wood rot that needed to be replaced, but again did not pressure me to use their services or try upselling me. We went ahead and had them replace the wood rot they found. I would highly recommend this company. I deal with contractors daily for my job and this is one of the best ones I have had the pleasure to deal with.

I recommend Sargon. My roof was a 2008 original roof. Home owners insurance quote if I put on a new roof was $4,000 less than if I gambled on another season with my roof. I decided to be proactive and replace the roof before Mother Nature forced me to. I contacted Sargon and got ahold of Wesley. He came by, inspected, and quoted me a great hand nailed roof for the exact amount I had forecasted. Two weeks later, they arrived Saturday morning at 6:30am. They worked until sunset. That got about 90% of the roof completed. They showed up the next morning at 7 and finished her off. I got a Black Onyx, high impact shingle, with ridge vents and two solar fans installed. They fixed a handful of squares of decking as well. I’m attaching some before shots of the decking.

Sargon Roofing replaced my roof recently and did a tremendous job worth writing about! Not only did they replace the shingles, they replaced all of the wood underneath that was rotted from years of weather! The work was done in one day, hand nailed, and looks amazing! The process was seamless! Bryce and I spoke at the beginning of the week and by Saturday evening..... We had a newly installed roof.
