I decided to replace my roof after it sustained hail damage. Initially, I faced a lot of reluctance from contractors when they learned about my 2% deductible. Then I tried with two separate contractors: the first claim was outright denied, and with the second, I was told the cost was within the deductible, so I didn’t proceed with the roof replacement. Just when I was losing hope, my neighbor, who had replaced his roof for the same reason, gave me Brad's number. I called Brad, and he immediately listened to the whole story in detail and assured me, "We can handle this." Thus began a lengthy process that lasted around 6-7 months, during which Brad tirelessly dealt with the insurance company on my behalf. He even sent his team out a few times to take photos of the roof. In the end, he managed to win the claim. Brad then put me in touch with Michael to oversee the replacement process. Michael quickly organized everything, and they replaced the roof in just two days. It could have been done in one day, but it turned out that the shingles had been replaced four times before, and none of the previous contractors had removed the old underlayment; they just laid new underlayment over the old layers, resulting in four layers of underlayment. Brad's team removed all the old layers, which extended the process by a day. They installed new, level 3 hail-resistant shingles, effectively upgrading the shingle type on my roof. Brad and Michael managed the entire process with utmost professionalism. I even asked them to install a kitchen vent during the roof replacement, which they did without any additional charge. I am genuinely pleased with their work and highly recommend their services!

Dylan was by far the best contractor I could’ve asked for! I’ll never be using another roofing company again and super happy with the work. My new fence, roof and gutters look great! The roofers did a great job cleaning up the nails as well!
