Rooftop Solutions, Eathen Koester did a great job from start to finish. Meeting with our insurance adjusters, getting us in contact with an attorney when the insurance company denied our claim, negotiated with us until we agreed on a price that both of us could be satisfied with and coordinated the replacement process perfectly. The roofing crew was on point from the tearing off to the finished product. Our yard was exactly as it was when they started. I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

Ethan with Rooftop was so helpful. He helped us understand what insurance would cover after a hail storm. I had no idea they would cover a full roof minus my deductible. Ethan took detailed pictures of the damage and helped me communicate with my insurance. The roof is beautiful. They covered our pool and made sure nothing was damaged. The crew did a great job and were all very nice. Ethan was never pushy and a joy to work with. I highly recommend this company.

With this being my second time going through the whole roof replacement process. I did not know where or how to begin again. I found Chad with Rooftop Solutions on our community social media page. He was so helpful from beginning to end. He explained everything thoroughly, helped with the insurance process, gave me better understanding of how to take action, and understand what exactly they are looking to receive, as for the first time, I had been denied a claim I filed. The time in which all was done was really fast and he walked me thru all the process. Pointed me the right direction when dealing with insurance. We had a phenomenal experience with Rooftop Solutions. Mike and his team were a pleasure to work with through the entire process. They were so professional and helpful! They provided quick turnaround for the estimate and even temporarily patched holes in our roof before we had committed to working with them. The repair process was seamless, and we are so happy with the finished product. Our home is back to normal thanks to Rooftop Solutions after sustaining damage from the derecho storm. We will definitely call them again for any repairs in the future!
