I have been working with Alex since tropical storm beryl came through and tore up areas of my roof. Alex has been patient and knowledgeable when navigating through the insurance and process of the new roof replacement. Alex and his sub contractors came out once it was time for the roof replacement and knocked it out in day , and also replaced my wooden fence which looks beautiful. ( if you need a great fence built ask for Irvin!) Alex took care of my family and honored his word by taking care of the smaller details which really matter. Now I have a new fence and roof with a 6 year warranty from rival roofing so if anything happens due to unfortunate weather Alex has our backs. I recently had hail damage to my roof. I called my insurance company and they of course declined my claim. Coincidentally, Alex knocked on my door, evaluated my roof and confirmed what I already knew to be true that I had extensive damage. After telling him the claim was denied, he quickly got me in touch with somebody who was able to contact my insurance company and get the roof paid for. Within weeks, I had a new roof which took him and his crew 7 hours from start to finish. 👍 highly recommend.
