Had Rick replace my roof, the guys put on a case of discolored shingles on, Rick sent out a representative from the shingle company to look at shingles, he verified they were a bad batch, called several times to when they were going to change out shingles and they said someone would be out, to this day , I still have the discolored shingles..have leak by one my vents called several times talked to receptionist, she said she would talk to the guys, no one ever came out or called..tried calling back leaving messages to no call back..I called local roofer to look for leak and repair..spent money on this repair when it should have been under warranty..stay away..they do not stand by their warranty...update..reported to BBB..they are investigating..recently I received a text that they were sending out my check then comeback and said since I had it repaired from another company it voided warranty even after numerous tries to get them out..contract mentioned not anything about that ..been in contact with local news media to look into my matter to get justice...will keep updated
