Replaced my roof last Summer. I wouldn't have done it if Kent didn't help me deal with the hassles with my insurance company. It was first time for me to deal with a house insurance company. Back and forth it took several months for the insurance company to approve my application. I would have given up if it was not because of his patience and persistence. Kent is a very gentle person but very good at handling business issues. He truly was a great business helper, and he always kept me informed. After the insurance approval, the job was done quickly. Two weeks for scheduling and two days for the job. The new roof looked very beautiful after the replacement. When it rained in the past year, I found one of my neighbors had to repair his new roof a couple of times, but I didn't have to. So, I think the roof construction quality should be pretty good. Kent did ensure the roof was hand nailed instead of using nail gun. He is a business gentleman and a very good helper. I highly recommend him and his company, very reliable.

I had my roof replaced by this company and highly recommend using them! Kent was very professional and proficient from start to finish. The coordination and collaboration with our insurance company was seamless and quick. I was provided notifications of when material would be delivered prior to the start of the project and when the crew would be on site. The entire project was completed in a day with the cleanup and final inspection done the next. Kent's commitment to great customer service is exceptional. He contacted approximately 6 months after the job to make sure I was satisfied. I referred Refined Construction Services to a neighbor and was rewarded $300 through the referral program. We recently had a storm damage our roof in La Porte, we could only notice that there were shingles missing but when Kent came by he noticed there were other damages too. The entire Refined Construction Services staff were very professional and cleaned afterwards making sure everything was back in its place. And Kent took care of our insurance needs and made sure we were getting everything taken care of. We were so happy with their job that we even referred them to our parents in Pasadena (they also contracted them and are very impressed with their service) we will both do services again with them in the future. We highly recommend them !
