The property management company sent Taahaa and his team to handle the damage, and I have to say — they did an outstanding job. TaaHaa was very professional, respectful, and well-organized throughout the entire process. He came multiple times to ensure everything was properly dried and cleaned, and he communicated with us clearly and kindly, always listening to our concerns. What really stood out was that Taahaa went above and beyond his responsibilities. Even though certain repairs were not technically part of his job, he still made the effort to coordinate with others and support the entire process, showing true dedication to customer satisfaction. His team also stayed in close contact with our landlord to keep things moving smoothly. Overall, we are very grateful for Taahaas hard work and professionalism. Thanks to all the people who have helped us through our difficult journey. What started out as a small water leak turned out to be something else entirely.
