He helped guide us through the process, handled everything professionally, and delivered exactly what he promised. The quality of work was excellent, and the entire team was respectful and efficient. As a business owner myself, I know how challenging it can be to run crews and make sure everything runs swell. My experience with Susanna was overall great. She was very thorough and followed through with all her promises. This lady is a sharp shooter. She knows the ins and outs of her business and everything played out how she said. We have a pool in the backyard and they protected it from all the debris as well as the surrounding areas of our property. I just want to say I had the best experience with Priority Roofing. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions no matter how dumb (trust me I can ask dumb questions 😂). Irving let us know what was going on the entire time and always kept us in the loop. The crew that put on the roof did an amazing job and my new roof is beautiful! Thank you to everyone (from the install crew to the accounting department) at Priority Roofing for making this a smooth, pain free experience! Definitely recommend this company.

Lance Giesman did an outstanding job helping us with our roof after it took a major hit from Beryl. From start to finish, Lance was transparent, honest, and incredibly helpful. We barely had to lift a finger when it came to working with our homeowners insurance—he and his team handled everything, making the process completely seamless. On installation day, the crew kept our property clean and even scanned our yard multiple times with a magnet to ensure no nails were left behind. As a parent, that gave me real peace of mind. It’s been a couple of months now, and our roof still looks amazing. We highly recommend Lance for anyone needing roofing work!
