One Legacy United

We recently hired "One Legacy Roofing" for our roofing project. We first met with Juan to review the proposal and got very impressed with the clarity, transparency and knowledge. Juan took the time to review the proposal thoroughly, explaining the different options available so we could make an informed decision. We decided to move forward with the Tamko Titan XT in Rustic black color. One of the most impressive aspects was their transparency and documentation. They provided detailed pictures of every step of the project, thanks to Miguel who has been documenting everything and allowing us to see the progress firsthand from start to finish. Overall we are very satisfied with our experience and we love our new roof !

One Legacy Roofing did an amazing job on a total roof replacement on my townhome. I have never replaced a roof before but Juan and his team are very transparent about pricing and expectations. Juan is responsive and easy to communicate/coordinate with. Miguel was my specific project manager and he provided updates/photos throughout the day. Miguel was thorough and approachable. I also appreciate the thoughtfulness of the company as they notified my neighbors that the work would be completed the next day. What was also nice was that they were able to complete my roof all in the same day despite my roof having some areas of damage underneath the shingles. My roof was old and appeared worn but did not show these areas of damage on the outside. This just goes to demonstrate that even if your roof seems to look okay on the outside, if it is old, there still may be damage underneath that could lead to serious issues.

Juan and Miguel were an amazing team to work with. Professional, courteous and patient with our interactions. Miguel was exceptionally communicative and provided frequent progress updates, which gave my husband and I peace of mind. Package options were provided, which made the selection and payment process extremely easy, and any questions we had were promptly addressed. They even met with us several times to ensure all of our questions were addressed, and that we were comfortable with our options. We had concerns about proper ventilation in the attic, and after Juan and Miguel made their recommendations, opted for two solar vent fans to ensure that our attic was properly ventilated in support of our gas water heater. Extremely competitive pricing. Their pricing was far more reasonable than comparable contractors in our area. The work was beautifully done, and with great detail. They protected our home with their "Catch-all" netting system to protect windows and newly installed landscape, cleaned throughout the day, blew out the gutters and ran a magnet several times to remove all stray nails. Juan and Fabian took great care of us. They took their time with the design of our patio cover and had no complaints when we made changes. Their team worked quickly and effectively to complete our project earlier than predicted. I would definitely recommend them for your next home improvement project.

I would like to thank Mr. Juan Ariza and his crew at One Legacy United Roofing for the outstanding job they did at our home. Our house had a stucco front that was beginning to fall apart. Juan brought in multiple people that he uses to assess and offer a solution to the stucco. We decided to repair it with hardy plank on the exterior. His team changed all of our front to hardy along with the back of our house and the soffit and fascia and painted in a period of just 5 days. The following week his team changed our roof. He has followed up numerous times to inspect the work that was completed.
