Our toilet broke and water was everywhere (upstairs and downstairs) Jeramy was here quickly and took care of everything! I am a cancer patient that was very overwhelmed. He did everything (above and beyond) for my family. Even contacting my insurance company. I highly recommend him for any needs you have.

Jeramy helped us with some upstairs flooding from an a/c being plugged. He came immediately and had a plan of action and remediation to prevent mold and mildew, which also minimized the damage! Jeramy did a great job removing insulation and mold from house after water some major water damage. He did everything he said he was going to do and more. He was on time and communicated with us every step of the way. He is very professional and does what he says. Not like some of these other companies that can not even call you back. If, you are needing mold removed i highly recommend you call Jeramy with No fuss! He is worth more than 5 stars in our book.

Complaint Title: No Fuss Solutions Fails to Deliver—Unresponsive and Unreliable Complaint Details: I hired No Fuss Solutions, specifically dealing with Jeremy, based on his promise to get work done quickly and the right way. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. Over the course of four months, Jeremy repeatedly failed to show up, return calls, or respond to texts. I initially requested a bid for a project, but he decided the job wasn’t worth doing without gathering all the necessary information. Despite my willingness to pay and move forward, I attempted to give him the contract on three different occasions, yet he still failed to commit or complete the job. This lack of professionalism and follow-through resulted in him losing out on a $15,000 job, while I was left frustrated and without the services I needed. I would strongly caution others against relying on No Fuss Solutions unless they’re willing to endure months of delays and non-responsiveness. I expect better communication and reliability from any business, especially one that claims to be “No Fuss.” This experience was all fuss and no solutions.
