Mr. Happy House has done both exterior work and interior work of our home. From new roofing, soffits, eaves, custom made shutters, exterior painting to custom cabinetry, floor tile, etc. they went above and beyond to make our home even more beautiful. We are truly happy with the work that Mike and his crew have done. They are professional and keep the home clean while they work. Putting up temporary protection over our existing items to keep everything as clean as possible. I highly recommended Mr. Happy House.

We had an excellent experience with Mr Happy House. Mike and his crew did a very professional job in replacing multiple chipped hardie plank boards, replacing all remaining wood trim with hardie trim, replacing two exterior doors, and painting the entire exterior of the house. They paid attention to detail, caulked everything, and made sure that the job was done right. Mike even threw in some extras - replaced a non-working exterior electrical outlet, refinished our front door, and replaced a balcony support that was splitting. There was good communication throughout the process. I recommend Mr. Happy House and will use them again.
