Absolutely hands down, the best company to work with!! Our home was damaged by Hurricane Beryl and with the help of Luis, every single thing got repaired and was covered by our insurance. It was so nice to work with just one contractor for everything versus having to juggle working with several. The inside of our home was repaired, our roof was replaced, along with one part of a fence and the work was amazing!! The crews cleaned up everything after they were finished so I could focus on putting my house back together and not having so to worry about construction debris. It was the simplest process and zero battling with insurance because Luis knows what he’s doing!! Highly recommend them for any home repair needs or even upgrades as we did some flooring upgrades during the repairs!!

I called Morningstar Restoration after the pipes above my kitchen and dining room broke during the freeze causing extensive water damage. They put me on the schedule and a week later came out to do the water damage clean-up. Luis Aguilar, the Project Manager, was there and oversaw the clean-up. The crew was fast, courteous and complied with all of the COVID 19 CDC guidelines by wearing masks and social distancing whenever possible. Luis was very knowledgeable and explained to me the process of what should be expected with the insurance company and the rebuild. He took many pictures and also put together the estimates that were requested by my insurance claims adjuster. Once the estimate was approved, Luis put me on the scheduled to quickly start work on my house. The crews that came were all very professional and cleaned up before they left each day. The work was completed in about a month and I believe that was very timely considering all that was done. Luis responded quickly to any concerns I had and any touch up/fixes that were needed. I would have liked more communication on who and what time to expect the crews each day they were to be at my house since I had to make sure that someone was there to let them in. Overall I had a great experience with Morningstar Restoration and would recommend them as well as use them again. I am very happy with the finished product!
