I called to get a quote and the guy who answered was extremely helpful. I didn’t make a purchase at the time as we were just getting quotes to prepare for a project. But as our plans are falling together, I look forward to doing business with them in the near future!

Customer service is lacking. Couldn't find my oder because 2 letters were transposed in last name. I mean, really? Not very enthusiastic in performing loading tasks. Expected better.

Absolutely no respect for your time! The guy at the desk will just lie to you with a timeframe that he has no intention of keeping. I hate the fact that there are so few metal suppliers in this area so I’m “forced” to do business here without having to make an even longer drive. It’s honestly worth the drive to do business elsewhere next time. Will not be returning, I’d drive to Oklahoma and back before I do business here again.

Worst customer service!! I don't see how they stay in business. I have ordered material a few times and each time was the same. They don't respond to emails very fast and they tell you on the phone to send an email. They don't have the material in stock and are never sure if they will get it in the next week and wont know until the day before. They forgot part of my order once and didn't apologize. I would rather drive an extra 45min out of my way just to not have to give these guys business. I've spoken to a couple people over the phone and in person and they are all the same. The store manager himself is probably the worst.

They are just rude, I showed up at 11:28 on a Saturday and the website says that they close at noon so they informed me that they close the shop at 11:30 and I would have to come back on Monday, I have used this location several times in the past and I think that the whole bunch is high. I am done this time as I will drive to north houston to buy r panels before I spend one more cent here, I will go ahead and run them in the ground on facebook also so my neighbors don't use them either, wasted 2 hours of my Saturday.
