Sold me scratched skylight domes and ignored me after I reached back out to resolve! Do not do business here I had to learn the hard way ! Robert the manager was no help at all and he never even reached out to talk to me. Do not come here!

I sent a cut sheet and photos for multi-lens units that I'm trying to replace. That was Dec. 19, 2023. I've made calls and emails with no response. It is now Jan. 16, 2024 and I still haven't received an answer. I guess I'll find a company that wants our business. Velux, Plasteco, or others
