Absolutely outstanding service! I called this roofing company on a Saturday for an estimate, and they came out that same day. By Monday, after I agreed to the quote, they were already at my home replacing the roof—same-day turnaround again! They were incredibly fast, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, provided detailed photos of the work they did, and made sure I understood exactly what had gone wrong with the roof. Told Me to “Do Whatever I Want” and Hung Up Paid Madison Roofing $1,700 on 6/20/25 to fix a roof leak. Same spot kept leaking. On 7/14/25, they inspected per request and said it was a different leak 8–9 feet away, quoting $1,800–$2,000 more and suggesting a full roof replacement — something never mentioned before. On 8/8/25, I hired a contractor who found the repair was done incorrectly, causing water to pool and leak into the decking Madison Roofing replaced. On 8/9/25, they came per my request again and saw the leak during rain. I requested a refund. Later, another person who said he was the owner, called, refused, and told me to “do whatever I want.” On 8/11/25, my contractor repaired the roof and documented the original repair was defective.
