I would highly recommend M Roofing. From start to finish, the process and personnel were great. Complete 30+ year shingled roof tear off and replace with a great GAF Class 4 shingled roof with all the products to make it a GAF Golden Pledge Warranty to last many more years. All this work was done in less than a day with a very professional crew including a very detailed cleanup afterwards.

The M Roofing team was able to get my roof done in 2 days and quality material was used. Another point I appreciate is their attention to cleaning at the end of the work day - I have small kids and a dog and a lot of material/nails are involved in removing an old roof and I want to make sure it is safe for them to walk in front/back yards. They came out the day after they were done for any final touch ups which is also appreciated 👍. I feel comfortable now knowing my roof is ready for the next storm!

When my roof started leaking it was an unnerving experience. It's not something that happens often and you can't help but worry about how extensive the damage is or even the best way to go about fixing it or finding someone qualified to help. Michael from M Roofing came out as quickly as possible and did an patch so that getting it fixed didn't feel like a critical emergency. He gave options for repairs and went above and beyond to ensure I was able to make an informed decision. Moreover, he worked directly with the insurance company and communicated with them to ensure I was getting the full value from my policy and was an advocate for my needs in a way I was not able due to his knowledge and experience. And the work that was done has an exceptional warranty, so that I don't feel like I have to worry about how long it will last. I cannot express enough how glad I am that I found M Roofing or how helpful they were in navigating a challenging and scary event. And on top of it all, the roof looks beautiful.

Beyond happy dealing with M Roofing. Michael came out and gave me an estimate based on GAF guidelines for their warranty. Straight forward you knew the product and what you were getting up front. Installed HDZ tiles and the best coverage at a reasonable bidding price vs other companies. I dealt with Tiffany in the office and was easy to contact and get my questions answered. Honest, reliable and highly recommend them!!! The installation was done in two days due to the excessive heat and great install following all GAF guidelines with a warranty that’s transferable if you ever sold your house.

Extremely disappointing experience — poor communication and refusal to stand behind their work. When M Roofing was hired, I am sure professionalism and accountability was expected, but my experience has been the complete opposite. After discovering a roof leak due to a nail improperly placed below the nail line (a clear workmanship issue), I reached out for support under their supposed warranty. Not only did I receive no assistance — I was met with months of complete silence. When the owner, Michael Eason, finally responded, the response was dismissive and attempted to shift the blame onto the gutter system — even though the growing hole was several feet away. A second roofing company quickly identified the actual issue and completed a repair, after which we've had zero problems — confirming that the leak was caused by faulty installation. Even more frustrating, M Roofing refused to reimburse the $758 I paid out of pocket because I didn’t take a photo of the nail hole while I was on the roof. At the time, I was simply trying to address an urgent and growing leak in my roof — not gather evidence for a fight I didn’t yet know I’d be forced into. The fact that they demand photographic proof from a homeowner in a vulnerable situation — instead of owning their mistake — says everything you need to know about how this company operates. To make matters worse, I was told they did the work for the previous owner (my grandmother, which I stated to him in the beginning-months ago) and the warranty didn’t apply due to a lack of “formal transfer” during the home purchase — a process that was never mentioned or explained in any prior communication. This feels like a convenient excuse to dodge accountability for poor workmanship. I’ve given M Roofing every opportunity to do the right thing. Their refusal to take responsibility or even acknowledge the issue speaks volumes about their business practices. Avoid this company if you value honesty, quality, or even basic customer service.
