It's a great place to find help whit all kind of leaks on commercial roofing.

Doesn't offer anything in the way of overnight parking but they get you unloaded fast. My only suggestion would be to pay attention to how you pull in there because you'll be backing all the way back out, there isn't much if anything for a 48ft flat and definitely nothing for a 53ft

Will not allow parking in the gate...I wouldn't suggest overnight parking either.....some guy was walking all night looking in the Ditch for his wife!! It's at the end of a neighborhood in the circle... it was tight... very tight..they unloaded me at 6 a.m...quickly before they cars blocked me in..

Need to learn how to do business properly or maybe have someone who is in charge show up to the job site

I hired Kirtley Sheet Metal to install some metal building panels to close in (4) garage door openings. Everything was good until it was time to leak test the openings. They failed. When asked to make repairs they attempted 4 different times to make it right. The entire time we told them the install was incorrect, they just kept putting caulk and otherwise around the doors/window openings. The superintendent (David) told me on several occasions that the install was not correct but his office told him that they would not provide the proper install. His hands were tied. I had to hire another contractor to repair the work and make it right. I have attempted on nearly 2 dozen occasions to call James West and email him with very limited response. He always tells me that we will chat then comes up with an excuse not to discuss it with me. I am writing this review in hopes that other people will see it and proceed with caution before hiring Kirtley Sheet Metal. It seems they do not care about workmanship or communication.
